Membership questions
Do I have to pay $39 to register?
No. Registration is free and always will be. The $39 a month is an optional Professional membership you can add later, or never.
What exactly does the $39 pay for?
Education and platform tooling only: the intermediate and advanced academy tracks, live weekly webinars and their recordings, the advanced charting workspace and a priority support queue. It is not a deposit, not an investment and not a trading fee.
Is it monthly or annual?
Monthly. It renews each month on the date you upgraded, and the price is shown before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
From Membership inside your account, in one click. You keep Professional access until the end of the month you have paid for, then the account returns to free Essential. Nothing else about your account changes.
Does membership give me trading or managed investing?
No. Membership is the education side of TRADIXA. Funding, trading and managed services are a separate, regulated part of the platform and remain switched off until the licensing and provider arrangements are in place.
