Data we collect

Account details, contact information, identity documents and verification results, device and login records, support correspondence, and usage data needed to operate and secure the platform.

Why we collect it

To create and secure your account, meet legal obligations including KYC, AML and sanctions requirements, provide education and support services, and detect fraud and abuse.

Processors

Identity verification, hosting, communications and analytics are performed by vetted processors under contract. Each processor is named in the help centre together with its role and location.

Retention

Verification and transaction records are retained for the period required by financial regulation in the relevant jurisdiction. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing, subject to legal retention duties. Requests are handled through the support centre.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped by staff role, and administrative access to personal data is logged and reviewed.

This document is a working draft published for transparency during the build. It will be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms before any regulated service is enabled.
