Guides for every part of TRADIXA

Short, written answers on accounts, verification, funding, security and the Academy. If a guide does not answer your question, a support request reaches a real person.

Account & verification

Registering, confirming your email and completing identity checks.

How do I create an account?

Choose Open account, enter your legal name, email, phone number and a password. Registration is free and no card is requested. You then confirm your email address before you can sign in.

Why must I confirm my email?

Email confirmation is mandatory for every new account. It proves the address belongs to you and it is the channel used for password recovery and security notices.

What documents will verification need?

A government-issued photo identity document, a selfie check and a recent proof of address. Verification is only required before funding or trading features — the Academy does not need it.

Can I change my email or phone number?

Yes, in Account & security inside your dashboard. Changes to a verified account may trigger a fresh identity check.

Funding, deposits & withdrawals

How funding will work, and why it is switched off today.

Can I deposit money now?

No. TRADIXA is not connected to any exchange, custodian or payment provider, so no deposit address is issued and no balance exists. The funding screen shows the flow and marks the address panel as a configuration placeholder.

Which crypto networks will be supported?

Bitcoin for BTC, Ethereum (ERC-20) for ETH and USDC, Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum for USDT, and Solana (SPL) for USDC. Each network is enabled individually once the custody partner is live.

What happens if I use the wrong network?

Sending an asset over the wrong network normally means permanent loss. The funding screen always shows the selected network and a warning, and we recommend a small test transfer once funding opens.

How will withdrawals work?

Withdrawal requests will require verification, two-factor confirmation and a whitelisted address, with a visible status from requested to completed and a downloadable receipt.

Security

Two-factor authentication, sessions and reporting problems.

How do I turn on two-factor authentication?

Open Account & security in your dashboard, choose Set up two-factor, scan the code with an authenticator app and enter the six-digit code. Sign-in then asks for a code each time.

I think someone accessed my account.

Change your password immediately, sign out of all sessions in Account & security, and send a support request under the Security category. Security reports are triaged the same day.

How do I recover a lost password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. A reset link is emailed to your registered address and expires after a short period.

Academy & classes

Courses, live sessions, certificates and languages.

What does the Academy cover?

Nine structured courses across beginner, intermediate and advanced levels: crypto, forex, stocks, indices, technical analysis, risk management, derivatives, portfolio construction and trading psychology.

Do I need to pay to learn?

Registration is free and includes introductory material. Professional membership at $39 per month is optional and unlocks the full catalogue and live classes. You can cancel at any time.

Which languages are courses available in?

English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Malay, Indonesian, Thai, Arabic, Spanish and French.

Is the Academy financial advice?

No. Everything taught is education. TRADIXA does not give personal investment advice and never guarantees a result.

Technical support

Sign-in problems, page errors and mobile issues.

I cannot sign in.

Check that you have confirmed your email, that caps lock is off, and that your authenticator clock is correct if two-factor is on. If it still fails, send a support request under Technical support.

A page looks broken on my phone.

Refresh the page and clear the site cache. If it persists, send a support request with your device model, browser and a screenshot.

The site is not in my language.

Your language is detected on your first visit from your connection's country and your browser settings. Use the globe selector in the header to change it — your choice is remembered on every page after that.

Still stuck? Send a support request and a named member of the desk will answer in your language.
